On February 14, 2024, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued an Existing Stocks Order for TAVIUM® PLUS VAPORGRIP® TECHNOLOGY and other dicamba over-the-top (OTT) products in response to the recent decision of the US District Court in Arizona, which vacated the three dicamba OTT registrations on February 6, 2024.
The order addresses the sale and use of the dicamba OTT products for the 2024 season. It authorizes limited sale and distribution of dicamba OTT products that are already in the possession of growers or in the channels of trade and outside the control of the dicamba OTT registrants. Additional details regarding EPA’s existing stocks order for dicamba OTT products, including the “end dates” for “sale and distribution of existing stocks” and for “use of existing stocks” in the channel can be found in EPA's Existing Stocks Order.
